Emmi^® Online Education Programs

St. Anthony Hospitals Health Passport wants to be sure that you understand any chronic conditions you might have so that you can live as healthy and happy as possible. To help you achieve this goal, we are providing Emmi just for you. Emmi is a free, animated online program that walks you through important information about a health topic, condition, or procedure, in a simple, easy-to-understand format. You'll get answers to common questions in the comfort of your own home or anywhere that has internet access.

Each video program takes 20 minutes. Watch it as many times as you like and share it with family and friends. As you watch the program, you can also pause and write notes and questions that you can print out and take with you to your next appointment with your primary care provider.

Watching a video is easy – here's how it works!

3. Fill out the online form – all you need is your first and last name and date of birth
