Join Health Passport's Reconnect Leadership Project – a program supported by trained volunteer guides who help patients and their families better navigate through the hospital experience.
Connectors are passionate, well-trained, unpaid civic leaders. They come from many professional walks of life, such as education, ministry, law, nursing, counseling, marketing and business.
